How to create an email signature
Add the contact details you want recipients to see, choose a layout, and preview the result as you edit. Use “Copy as Rich Text” to paste the styled signature into Gmail, Outlook, or another email client. Choose “Copy HTML” when your mail provider or website asks for the underlying markup.
